I'm Nathan Biles. I've spent 25 years building software and companies, as a founder, an architect and a CTO, much of it for regulated industries like banking, mortgage, security and employee benefits.
Today I lead development with teams of AI coding agents working in parallel. This site was built that way, which is why I can say plainly what AI changes and what it doesn't.
