Compliance-ready AI

AI-assisted development, architecture and controls designed so your company passes its own SOC 2 and HITRUST audits and meets HIPAA requirements, without giving up the speed.

Who it is for

  • Companies selling into healthcare, finance or the enterprise that are being asked for a SOC 2 report or HITRUST certification.
  • Teams that want AI coding agents in their process and need the evidence trail to survive an audit.
  • Founders who have a working prototype built with AI tools and need it to hold up in production and in front of an auditor.

What it covers

  • Control mapping: which SOC 2 criteria, HITRUST controls and HIPAA safeguards your software actually touches, and which it does not.
  • Architecture for audit: tenancy, encryption, access, logging, data retention and environment separation, decided before the build.
  • AI coding agents inside a controlled process: approved tooling, data-handling rules, review gates and traceable changes.
  • Evidence by design: the logs, tickets and reviews auditors ask for come out of the normal workflow instead of a scramble.
  • A readiness review before the audit window, with a written gap list and the order to close it in.

What these terms mean

A SOC 2 report is issued to your company by an independent auditor after they test your controls. HITRUST certification is granted to your organization, never to a vendor's code. HIPAA is a set of requirements, not a certification; there is no such thing as HIPAA certification.

KYE Ventures holds none of these, and no code carries a certification. What a partner can do is design the system and the development process so the controls exist, the evidence exists, and the audit goes the way you need it to.

How it works

A short, fixed-scope readiness assessment with a written gap list.

Then a build or remediation engagement at a fixed scope, or the work folded into a Fractional CTO retainer.

Every engagement begins with Ethos Discovery, so the first weeks are spent on the right problem.
